Prior to the day of:
Know who’s making and bringing the food
Know who’s serving the food (at least 4 people, more recommended)
Know who will set up (most likely the people serving)
48 hours prior to your serving date, contact everyone signed up to confirm their attendance
Have all ingredients and supplies to make your dish
Have enough time to cook/make your dish before 6:30 pm day of
Have aluminum containers or others to serve food
Have to-go containers to leave after the meal
Buy/make dessert
Buy drinks
Day of:
Confirm that the food is at the location or on the way
Make sure everyone knows what they are doing/where they’re going
Pick one person to be in charge for the night
Let everyone know who is in charge
