3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1 tbsp poppy seeds
30 crushed buttery crackers (such as Keebler Town House crackers)
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 11x7-inch baking dish.
Mix together cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, poppy seeds, and sour cream. Spoon mixture into dish.
Pour melted butter over cracker crumbs and stir together. Sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
