Post-meal checklist

Make sure you have:

• Covered/consolidated all food

  • Main entree(s)

  • Veggie entree(s)

  • Veggie sides

  • Salad(s)

  • Starch sides

• Left utensils with each dish

• Left out the covered food for guests with to-go boxes (some food may be left in the fridge; check in with onsite managers for more!)

• Left dessert and drinks on a table for guests

• Thrown away used gloves, dirty napkins, and trash

• Cleaned up any mess from preparation

• Washed any of the dishes belonging to the shelter that were used

• Boxed up some to-go meals (only if requested)
