Make sure you have:
Covered/consolidated all food
Main entree(s)
Veggie entree(s)
Veggie sides
Salad(s)
Starch sides
Left utensils with each dish
Left out the covered food for guests with to-go boxes (some food may be left in the fridge; check in with onsite managers for more!)
Left dessert and drinks on a table for guests
Thrown away used gloves, dirty napkins, and trash
Cleaned up any mess from preparation
Washed any of the dishes belonging to the shelter that were used
Boxed up some to-go meals (only if requested)
