The Advisor

• The advisor shall help members and officers understand and carry out their duties.

• The advisor shall provide supervision of members and officers and act as a liaison between faculty, administration, students, and community.

• The advisor must approve all activities.

• The advisor will generate, maintain and share with the officers an In and Out financial statement of expenditures and revenues of the current school year.

• Decisions on choice of productions, scheduling, the Production Commitment, casting, and staffing for productions are made exclusively by the advisor/director.

  • If the advisor does not serve as the director of the production, these decisions are made by both the advisor and director, with the exception of casting and staffing which are made by the director.
