Deadlines

• Airport Shuttle Registration closes on March 1, 2027.

• Convention Band registration closes April 7, 2027, or when cap is reached.

• Reading Band registration closes on April 7, 2027, or when cap is reached.

• Polo Shirt and T-Shirt orders close on April 7, 2027.

• Meals close on April 15, 2027.

• Excursions close on April 15, 2027.

• Online Registration for clinic attendance will remain open once other deadlines have passed.

• On-site registration will be available.

NOTES

• The Convention Band will have a cap of 110 musicians. The two Reading Bands will have a typical Wind Ensemble instrumentation and size. Some sections may need to be limited, and musicians will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to Register for the Convention Band and Reading Bands EARLY!  Musicians must register for both Reading Bands.

• NEW THIS YEAR: We are offering the ability to pay 50% at time of registration, and 50% by the end of the Early Bird Rate on March 1st. In order to utilize this, the instructions must be followed, and you must complete your initial registration by February 15, 2027. See instructions on the registration form for how to utilize this option.

• ACB Member Bands (Organization Members) are able to send four people from their band as if they were an ACB Member as long as they use the correct registration form; "Member Band Spot Registration." All Convention fees still need to paid.

• Organization Members (Bands) are not allowed to use those accounts to register for an in-person event. Generally, someone who wants to use the band's account will need to start under the "New User" section of the login section on any of the registration forms. Read the login page carefully.

REFUNDS

• 100% refund minus $30 cancellation fee until March 1, 2027

• 50% refund between March 2, 2027 and April 1, 2027

• No refunds on or after April 2, 2027
