We invite exhibitors who wish to provide instrument sales, musical supplies, instrument repair services, other musician-focused goods and services, or locally inspired merchandise and souvenirs. You will have the opportunity to engage with our registrants throughout the event, as well as the general public attending the concerts.
Exhibitor Setup: Tuesday, May 18, 2 PM to 9 PM upon request; Wednesday, May 19 between 9 AM and 12 PM
Exhibitor Tear-down: Saturday, May 22 between 12 PM and 3 PM.
The last clinic session begins at 2:00 PM, and the first concert of the day begins at 7 PM.
Exhibitors may choose to be present for only a portion of the time.
No fee pro-ration is available.

The exhibit space rate is $100 and includes 1 badge. Exhibitors will have the option of purchasing meals with their registration. If you need to cancel your table, you need to do so before March 1, 2027, for a full refund. Meals must be purchased by April 15, 2027.

Instrument demonstrations are welcome in the exhibit area; however, exhibitors may not play or demonstrate instruments during scheduled concerts, rehearsals, clinics, or reading sessions when the sound could interfere with those activities.
Neither the exhibit facility, nor The Association of Concert Bands, nor any of the service contractors will be responsible for loss of or damage to any property in storage, while in transit to or from, and within the confines of the exhibit hall, even though it may at any time be under the temporary control or direction of The Association of Concert Bands or its service contractors.
100% refund until March 1, 2027, minus a $30 cancellation fee
50% refund between March 2, 2027 and April 1, 2027
