Rio Rico Lego Robotics

The Arizona 4-H program held a STEM Summer Camp called Lego Robotics at Rio Rico High School in Santa Cruz County. Youth participants were introduced to various STEM topics and actively built Lego robots under the guidance of a teacher from Rio Rico High School. The camp, organized by Santa Cruz County 4-H Agent Norma Ruiz and 4-H STEM Specialist Dr. Gerardo Lopez, provided a fun and educational experience for youth to learn about robotics. With hands-on activities like constructing Lego robots, attendees had opportunities for learning and discovery related to STEM fields. By collaborating with the local high school teacher, the Arizona 4-H Lego Robotics Camp offered a rewarding summer program for developing critical thinking, teamwork, and technical skills among youth in the Santa Cruz County community.
