Most Outstanding Multi-Class Sportsperson
Oskar is a talented and versatile athlete who has excelled across swimming, athletics, and cross country. Representing the Wollongong diocese and NSWCCC with consistency and success, he became an NSW All Schools representative in both swimming and cross country, and claimed gold in long jump and shot put at the NSWCCC Athletics.
Oskar’s 2025 last of achievements are impressive, being selected in three NSWCCC teams, two NSW All Schools teams, taking home two NSWCCC medals, two NSW All Schools medals and two School Sport Australia gold medals - one relay and one individual.
In Athletics, Oskar took out the NSWCCC gold in the 12-15 Years shotput, followed by a bronze in the 100m dash.
In the pool, Oskar won NSW All Schools gold in the 12-15 Yrs MC Boys 50m Breaststroke.
Oskar continued his winning ways by taking out the Gold medal at the School Sport Australia Swimming Championships in the 100m Boys MC breaststroke, backing this up with two silver medals in both the 50m breaststroke and freestyle events.
Not to be outdone, Oskar won gold in the 15-16 Years Multi Class Relay at the School Sport Australia Cross Country championships on the Gold Coast in September.
A dedicated and committed athlete who approaches challenges with resilience and determination, Oskar’s willingness to give any activity a go and his effervescent and affable nature sees Oskar one of the most popular athletes on any team that he joins. A true all-round in every sense of the word.
