William Taylor has had an outstanding year in cricket, demonstrating exceptional skill, leadership, and dedication throughout the 2024 season. Representing New South Wales Combined Catholic Colleges at the U19 New South Wales All Schools Carnival in February, William’s remarkable performances earned him a spot on the New South Wales All Schools Cricket Team, where he competed in the New South Wales/Queensland Exchange Series in Mackay.
As a premier fast bowler, William led the pace attack with precision and consistency, delivering exceptional line and length with the new ball and showcasing creative variations with the older ball. His ability to maintain effectiveness throughout his second and third spells marked him as one of the most valuable bowlers at the Championships. Beyond his technical prowess, William displayed impressive leadership qualities, guiding and supporting his teammates with a "team-first" attitude and celebrating their successes with enthusiasm.
