Lucas Dawes

Lucas delivered an exceptional season in 2025, dominating at every level of competition. He placed 1st in the 16 Years Boys Springboard and 1st in the Open Boys Platform at the NSWCCC Championships, followed by 1st in both the 16 Years Boys Springboard and 15–16 Years Boys Platform at NSW All Schools. At the School Sport Australia Championships, Lucas continued his winning streak with 1st place in the 16 Years Boys Springboard, 15–16 Years Boys Platform, Mixed Synchro, and Team Synchro, as well as 3rd in the 16 Years Boys Knockout.

In a predominantly individual sport, Lucas stands out as a true team player—mentoring younger divers, supporting teammates, and fostering a positive environment on pool deck. His leadership was further recognized as NSW Team Captain, a role he fulfilled with enthusiasm and inclusivity. Lucas also officiated as a judge during the championships, earning high praise from the officiating team. His achievements, character, and commitment make him an outstanding ambassador for NSWCCC sport.
