The proposed 'Site A' is located at the intersection between 'Jalan Raja Abdullah' and 'Jalan Raja Muda Musa'. Considered as the main road for Kampung Baru; 'Jalan Raja Abdullah' receive high frequency of traffic travelling from south (Jalan Sultan Ismail) and north (Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz) of Kampung Baru district. While 'Jalan Raja Muda Musa' is known by many for its roadside stalls and eatery places which serves various local Malay delicacies. Entrance into 'Jalan Raja Muda Musa' also stands the famous 'Pintu Gerbang Kampung Baru' archway. This three acres proposed 'Site A' currently holds few worn out wooden stalls and shops, an open parking space with an open carwash and a five storey residential building on small portion of the overall site. The site is within walking distance to Kampung Baru LRT Station, Medan Tuanku Monorail Station, and Saloma Link.
