The idea is to design a new environment of residents in Kampung Baru towards a sustainable interaction community through housing needs and culture features via architectural solution. The proposal is mainly focused medium-density housing on a selected site in Kampung Baru. The new urban housing development has the function of reconstructing the neighbourhood as a social element in a city. The outcome of this design should enhance community integration and social interaction, as well as respond to social and culture of Kampung Baru.
