Passive wind and ventilation is the cheapest way to create self-sustained building. There many mosque designs in Malaysia that no considering to used natural wind to cool down the inside temperature of the mosque. Mosque in Malaysia is heavily depending on mechanical cooling system to get the desired thermal comfort. To avoid high electricity bill and dependence to air-conditioning, we can apply the passive wind by using the stack effect and with the help of cross wind movement.
