The commercial activities among the Kampung Baru residences as well as the Kuala Lumpur citizen have created the issue of elderly care. Entrepreneurs and hawkers cannot spare their busy time to give well attention to their parents. Other than that, the elderly community of Kampung Baru and Kuala Lumpur also need a designated place for them to socialize and make income for some whom in need. The project of Elderly Urban Habitat tends to give the opportunity to resolve the issues with injection of social, culture, economy and care services.
