Regular Student– You may email Ma'am Letty <macabral@ust.edu.ph> regarding this concern.
SWIS– Enrollment is currently being encoded, and the office is preparing the announcement to be sent to SWIS heads/presidents. The Artlets Student Council Grievance Affairs Committee will only serve as a liaison between the complainant and the respective offices responsible for investigating and ordering a resolution for the case. We have no control or influence over the proceedings and resolutions the office might or will provide.
This flowchart is based on the UST Student Handbook published in 2018.
The ABSC Grievance Affairs (ABSC GA) shall serve as a guide and advisor; therefore, ABSC GA is not responsible for the Grievance Processing regardless of the nature of the case.
ABSC GA has does not have influence and is not liable for the outcome of the Grievance Case. The Committee may/may not attend the hearings if and only if the complainant and/or complainee requests the presence of ABSC GA.
ABSC GA has the right to refute/deny verbal and undocumented claims, statements, and accusations, without proof, towards the committee by either of the parties involved.
However, the speed of the process in seeking justice in the case is dependable on the involved office's response rate. Rest assured that the Grievance Affairs committee will handle the case(s) with utmost care and steadfast service.
