Tuition And Fees For The 2025/26 School Year

Current JK Students Entering Kindergarten In September 2025

Due on January 15, 2025:

• K–Grade 12 New Student Fee: $3,000 (includes re-registration fee, non-refundable)

Due on April 1, 2025:

• Tuition Payment, either monthly or in full

Due on May 1, 2025:

• Parent Equity top-up of $10,000

Current Students Entering Grades 1–12 In September 2025

Re-registration invoices will be distributed mid-February.

Due on February 21, 2025:

• Re-Registration Fee: $150 (non-refundable)

• Deposit For Next School Year: $1,500 (non-refundable, will be applied toward tuition)

Due on April 1, 2025:

• Tuition payment, either monthly or in full

Four Ways To Pay The Tuition And Fees:*

1. Cheque (payee: Urban Academy) — Mail or deliver to:

2. e-Transfer — Send to Finance (autodeposit) finance@urbanacademy.ca

3. Pre-Authorized Debit — Complete the Pre-Authorized Debit Form (PDF) and return to Finance, or call Finance at 604-524-2211 ext. 127 to provide details

4. Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) — Complete the Credit Card Payment Form (PDF) and return to Finance, or call Finance at 604-524-2211 ext. 127 to provide details. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% administration fee

An administrative fee for $50 will be charged for NSF payments.

The deadlines noted above are very important. If any documents or fees are not submitted to the office by the dates shown, we will not be able to confirm your child's space for September 2025. Please let Finance (finance@urbanacademy.ca) know if you have any questions.
