For those who choose to pay in 10 monthly installments, there is a 5% finance fee. This fee is applied to the balance remaining as of April 1, after all deposits and discounts have been applied. If you have further questions regarding your payable tuition, please email finance@urbanacademy.ca.

e-Transfer: Send payment to finance@urbanacademy.ca (autodepost is enabled), and include the full name and grade of the student.
Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD): Complete the Pre-Authorized Debit Form (PDF) and return it to Finance, or call Finance at 604-524-2211 ext. 127 to provide details.
Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard): Credit card payments are subject to a 2.4% administration fee. Pay online through MySchool, following these steps:
Log in to MySchool using your desktop or laptop.
In the menu on the left, click "My Invoices."
Under "Payment Request," find the line item with a "Pay" button and click to continue.
Note: An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for NSF payments.
Inclusive Tuition: Tuition includes additional fees including: outdoor education and experience fees, camp fees, graduation program fees and yearbooks. It also includes full school supplies for Grades JK–3 and partial supplies for Grades 4–12.
Sibling Discounts: Urban Academy offers a sibling discount of $1,000 for a second child enrolled, while third and subsequent siblings will receive a $1,500 sibling discount on tuition.

K–12 New Student Fee: Is a one time fee paid by all new students, or new siblings. The non-refundable New Student Fee of $3,000 is due January 15, 2027, to hold the space for the coming year.
Re-Registration Fee: $200 is due February 25, 2027, for all students returning for Grades 1–12. This fee is non-refundable.
Tuition Deposit: $2,000 is due February 25, 2027, for all students returning for K–12 to retain your child’s spot. The tuition deposit will be invoiced mid-February, is non-refundable and will be applied towards tuition.
Tuition: Due April 1, 2027. Payable in full by e-Transfer, credit card or cheque. Payable in 10 monthly instalments (5% surcharge) by e-Transfer, post-dated cheque, credit card or pre-authorized debit from April 1, 2027, to January 1, 2028.
UA Community Fund: For all new UA Students, this non-refundable $10,000 investment ($7,000 for second child, $0 for subsequent children) allows UA to invest in facilities, reserves and future opportunities to provide continued organizational growth. Payment due May 1, 2027.

Tuition Assistance
Our Tuition Assistance Program for Grade K–12 students offers various levels of support, up to a maximum of 50% of tuition, and is based on the financial needs of the student’s family. Families are required to re-apply bi-annually or if their financial situation has changed. If not, on the off-year they must submit a letter indicating there has been no material change to their situation. The application deadline for the 2027/28 school year is January 12, 2026.
