Student Absence

To report a student's absence, please email attendance@urbanacademy.ca or call the school office at 604-524-221.

Please provide the following information:

1. First and last name of the student(s)

2. The reason for the absence (sick, vacation, appointment, etc.)

3. If the student(s) are arriving late

Extended Absence

If your child will be absent for three (3) or more days, please submit the Student Extended Absence Form
