Classrooms are open 10 minutes prior to school start time to begin receiving students.
K–Grade 12 Students can be dropped off at the main doors or in the underground. Volunteers and staff will be present to help students from the underground to their classrooms. Please do not exit your vehicle at drop-off.
JK Students must be signed in and out upon arrival and dismissal. JK parents/guardians arriving by vehicle may either park in the neighbourhood following all local parking regulations or can have access to a JK Parking Pass.
Students in K–Grade 4 must be dismissed to parents/guardians who have pick up privileges and will be dismissed by their teacher at one of the facility doors, or go to the sibling club and wait for their sibling in Grades 5–12.
Students in K-Grade 4 who have siblings in Grades 5–12 will be supervised until their older sibling picks them up from the sibling club. Parents will only be required to pick up their children once the oldest one is dismissed from regular classes at school.
Grade 5–12 Students may leave on their own at the end of the day.
Grade 5–12 Students may be picked up from the underground. The gate will remain closed during the school day and will only open at 3:30 pm. It is best to meet students elsewhere in the neighbourhood if possible. Please wait until you hear from your child that they are ready before entering the underground. As always, if they are not there, please exit the underground until they are ready for pickup.

Things run smoothly when everyone is patient and follows the following instructions.
Enter the underground through the second gate (closest to the gym doors).
Pull up as far as possible along the yellow line (the wall with the fish mural) before stopping to let your child out.
Do not stop and unload immediately inside the gate because it creates a backup outside and down the alley.
Drivers and parents, do not get out of your car. Volunteers will help open and close car doors.
The underground parkade is for drop-offs and pick-ups only. Do not park or wait in the parkade.
