UA Holiday Fair

Get your tickets now! Our annual Breakfast with Santa is getting a festive makeover, and you won't want to miss it on Saturday, December 6th!

We're bringing back all of the classics: a delicious breakfast, fun activities, and photos with Santa. 

Plus, we've got something special for older kids: fun interactive selfie rooms and a photo booth for snapping selfies with friends and, of course, with Santa! 

This year we're also unwrapping a brand new Craft Fair, showcasing the incredible talents of our community. It's the perfect place to find unique gifts and soak in the holiday spirit. You won't want to miss this festive event!

Details:

• When: Saturday, December 6th

• Time: 10:00 am to 12:30 pm

• Tickets: $15/each (children 2 and under are free). To purchase tickets, please visit MunchaLunch. 

• Tell your family members and friends, as this event is also open to grandparents and non-UA families!

Are you a student or a parent with a creative hobby? Do you make beautiful crafts, art, or homemade goods? We would love for you to be a vendor! It's a fantastic opportunity to share your passion and talent.

Neufeld Farms Fundraiser

PAX is excited to announce the return of Neufeld Farms Fundraiser! Stock up on delicious goods just in time for all your holiday gatherings and celebrations. 

Easy Ordering:

• Ordering is quick and easy!

• Browse the online UA Fundraising page to see all the available products.

• Place your order. Order and payment deadline Monday, December 1.

• Pick-up Location: Pick-up will be in the neighboring blacktop lot where the UA bus is typically parked/basketball court. 

• Assistance: There will be plenty of helpers to assist you in carrying your order to your car. Order as much as you would like!

• Please feel free to share these links with extended family, friends, and co-workers to help maximize our goal!

Purdys Fundraiser

Hot Lunch

Hot lunch is back and PAX is offering a new menu for the fall session! 

The next ordering deadline is Sunday, November 30 at 11:59pm* with White Spot on Wednesday, December 10.

Please visit Munchalunch to place your orders.

We recommend placing orders for the entire fall session to avoid missing future ordering deadlines. Orders can be revised/canceled until the ordering deadline. If you need assistance or are interested in joining the hot lunch volunteer team, please contact hotlunch@urbanacademy.ca

Remember to pack utensils for hot lunches and remind your children to bring all lunch-related items home. 

Late orders will not be accepted.

Used Uniform & Swag Store

The Used Uniform Team is back in action, and both the Used Uniform Store (UUS) and the Spirit Wear & Gear Store (SWAG) are now open! 

The Used Uniform Store team has been busy this week! They have added over 150 items into inventory. Check out the new gently used items.

After purchase, our volunteer team will prepare items within 5 business days for a convenient pick-up at the school office. 

Reminder: Students may wear spirit wear pieces on Fridays for Spirit Day along with their other ISW uniform items.

Used Uniform Donations

Do you have uniform pieces at home that your child outgrew over the summer? 

A reminder that a grey uniform donation bin is now located inside the school between the parkade entrance and the gym doors. 

If you have a donation to drop off in the morning, please have your students walk in with the items and place them in the cart at drop off as needed, or park your car (adhering to parking restrictions and being respectful of our neighbours) and walk to the roundabout to donate; we kindly request that you do not drop off items in the office. 

Thank you to all parents who have already donated clothing and supported this PAX initiative. Our goal is to reclaim and reuse as many uniform pieces as we can to reduce our collective waste.

PAX is thrilled to host The UA Carnival for a second year! 

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable day of games, food, and entertainment taking place on Saturday, April 11, 2026. 

The UA Carnival is operated by parents and cannot run without parent support at all levels. We request your help to make this event a success!

We're looking for parent volunteers to join our planning committee, donations for the silent auction, and sponsors to support the carnival. There will also be many opportunities to volunteer on event day and your participation will ensure a fantastic experience for our community.

PAX has a busy and exciting calendar of events, initiatives and fundraisers for the 2024-2025 school year, and openly invites UA parents to support the growth and success of UA…and earn those annual volunteer hours!
