Topping and Bread Selections must be made before payment or it will default to: Whole Wheat with ALL toppings.

On your lunch confirmation you will see the short form of menu toppings as labels will be printed for your students lunch.

Allergies

The PAX Hot Lunch team has been working hard to find a variety of new vendors for the re-launch of the hot lunch program. 


The team is made up of a few UA parent volunteers, some of whom also have children with allergies. While the team tries to be mindful to provide opportunities for all students, some vendors do not always have items to accommodate everyone’s specific needs. 


If you do not find a suitable menu option for your child due to allergies, please let us know. 


Cancellations

A full credit onto the MunchaLunch account will be issued when cancellations are made by the order and payment deadline. Unfortunately, credits can not be given when students are absent or when cancellations are late. 


If a student is absent on a hot lunch day, please email: hotlunch@urbanacademy.ca. While orders can not be cancelled or credited after the stated cut off times, they can be left at the front desk for parents to pick up between 12:30-1:30pm.


*Reminder: All lunch items must be taken home, including on hot lunch days. Please help us help UA by reminding your children to pack all items home on hot lunch days.
