In this session, Jody will provide a foundation for social and anti-racism frameworks and an overview of what this work looks like currently for CFANS.

Bio

Jody Gray (She/Hers) is currently the Director of the Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) in the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences (CFANS). Jody has worked in the arena of equity, diversity, and inclusion for over 15 years. Previously, she was the Diversity Outreach Librarian for the University of Minnesota Libraries from 2005-2015. She has also been the Director of the Office for Diversity, Literacy and Outreach Services at the American Library Association in Chicago, IL.

Jody is an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux (Lakota) Tribe of South Dakota.
