Are you having a hardware or error problem with your laptop?

Are you having an issue with a system or software (application) that you use in your day-to-day work? (TDX, Skedda, Wrike, M-Pathways, et al)
Yes - Start with the SSC Technology Management Team. You can also check the individual application page for the application, shown on our home page, for more specific details.
Is a system non-responsive, slow, or laggy? Is this affecting more than one person on your team?
Yes - contact the SSC Technology Management Team first. We may redirect you, but we can also let you know if there is a campus-wide problem causing the issue.
Are you having problems logging into your University-owned laptop?
