From time to time we need to hire for a new type of role at the Shared Services Center. This process walks through how you identify and request a new title/role at the SSC.
This process is owned by our HR Business Partner, Roxanne Ross, and any questions or concerns should be directed to her.
Supervisor/Manager identifies a need for a new position at the Shared Services Center
Supervisor/Manager contacts our HR Business Partner and works to develop a job description and classification
The HR Business Partner will notify the SSC Technology Management and Administration teams of the new title.
Administration and Tech Management will update the various systems (master staff list, SmartPath, TeamDynamix)
