TDX: 12.0 Preview

This page details changes, known issues, and questions relating to the TeamDynamix 12.0 "Preview" Environment.

This is a major-user interface update to TeamDynamix. Below, we (TMT, BAT, and RPA) - have compiled lists of the following:

Changes that will affect everyone who uses TDX in a Technician capacity (meaning SSC Staff)
Questions that we have about functionality or features and
Known issues that we have identified thus far

What do I do if I have an additional question or find an issue?

If you have a question or find an issue (or "bug") while taking the new UI for a drive, please email the Tech Team with "TDX Preview" in the subject line, and we will add your question or issue to the list below.

Please Note:

If you login to the preview environment and do NOT see any SSC Applications - you will need to click on the "View Applications" button - and locate the Finance or HR application. That will open the application in a "tab"
