Scribe is an awesome process documentation tool - that generates a visual guide as you step through the process. Essentially, Scribe functions as a screen recorder - turn it on, walk through the process, and turn it off. Includes screenshots and text.
You can then download the document as a PDF, etc. Scribe also allows you to create a Page that contains text, lists, videos, and links to multiple Scribe Docs.
Additional Functionality is available with paid accounts - however the free account gives you Scribe creation and Pages creation.
Scribe is available for Chrome and Edge browsers; as well as on Windows and Mac desktops (would require an elevation of permissions to install).
We have a limited number of paid accounts - if you or your team is planning a project to re-do/revamp documentation - this may be a good fit for you. Please contact Tech Management for more details, if you are interested.

We have a basic data protection in place here which limits the level of sensitive information we can store in the tool, but it does allow us to potentially integrate with other systems.
