At the SSC - Skedda is used to reserve/book hoteling (desk) spaces for the day as well as conference rooms.
SSO (Single Sign On) is on for this account, so you will be logging in via the U-M Login Screen and Duo
You may only book up to 30 days (rolling) in advance. So you cannot create a booking for a desk at the SSC for 6 months in a row
You MUST check in (via email or the app) to maintain your booking, otherwise the booking will be released, and you will not be guaranteed that space for the designated day/time
You must be a supervisor or manager to book the Conference Room 111, the Den/Lunchroom, and any offices at the SSC
Enter a TITLE for your booking event, and if a group event, add the names of those also attending in the room you have booked

The Shared Services Center has a basic data protection in place here which limits the level of sensitive information we can store in the tool, but it does allow us to potentially integrate with other systems.
