There is one fax machine on the first and second floors that has this capability. You need to install one of those machines into your MPrint profile before using this feature.
Floor 1: m-1000v-120-fax-1 (South side Accounts Receivable area)
Floor 2: m-1000v-207-fax-1 (South side)
Locate the MPrint Installer within the MIWorkspace Helper Application, in the system tray of your computer (Block M Icon, shown at right)
From the MPrint Installer pop-up - Enter "m-1000v" as your search terms
The two highlighted printers (below) are those that are available to you
Select one and click the "Install Printers" button at the bottom of the pop-up
Select "Print" for the document that you need to fax
Select the Fax machine that you installed in the above section (this should have a "FAX" suffix attached to the printer name, in the Printer Selection box
After you select the Fax machine, and click Print - you should see the Fax Pop-up window appear (below, right)
There are 3 tabs at the top of the pop-up
First is the Recipients Tab
Second is the Cover Sheet Tab
Third is the Options Tab
Under the Recipients Tab
Add a recipient(s) with their name and fax number(s)
Enter "91" as a prefix in front of their fax number
Under the Cover Sheet Tab
You can add a custom Cover Sheet to the fax
Select your options and enter what you'd like the body of the cover sheet to say in the Notes field (go to the Cover Sheet Customizations page to enter sender information)
It's a good idea to inform the recipient if there is sensitive data included in the fax transmission
Select the 3 ellipses (next to the "Print Cover Sheet Dropdown" to make further customizations
There are 2 tabs in the Cover Sheet Customization section
Below is the Information tab - enter the sender name, organization, phone number, and email address
Below, right is the Image/Watermark tabs (optional)
Under the Options Tab
Note that the default setting is to send a confirmation print to the physical printer
You can change this to go to your email instead
You can also set the send time, to effectively 'schedule' the fax to be sent out
Return to the Recipients Tab and click "OK" to SEND the fax (right)
