What relevant experience would you bring to the position you are seeking?

As a student in high school I was consistently striving to be in leadership positions, from SGA Vice President, vice presidenr in our regional student government. I also have been active here at UMBC

How do you intend on fulfilling your role while working alongside other members of SGA? What strategies do you use to address conflict?

I have a good working relationship with many members currently active in the SGA and I know this can help develop a good environment for dialogue. Strategies for solving conflict can be drawn from this same idea of open dialogue, which allows for people to express themselves and work through conflict

What is your vision for UMBC and the UMBC student body?

I hope to build a UMBC that is active and engaged. A University with abundant school pride and a beacon of learning and leadership in STEM and social science fields. These things can be achieved if we engage the student body and the administration into a conversation on how to improve things on campus.

How do you plan to facilitate communications with your constituents?

I think that by increasing the visibility and prestige of the SGA it would allow more students to fell like their thoughts ideas are heard and not simply brushing off the SGA. It is vital that moving forward the SGA is able to communicate with students in a way that they feel heard but also important!
