Conferences

Conference attendance falls under Educational Leave (Article 12: Educational Leave) in the PARA Agreement. As with any other leave, education leaves must be requested in writing by using the Request for Leave form, a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.

If you are presenting at a conference you may be able to access funds from WCHRI. Otherwise residents can use their Education Funds towards off-setting the costs associated with conference attendance
