Every resident has their own personal eDossier on the One45 site.
You will log in using your personal ID and password which will be automatically activated once your program administrator has added you to the system. It contains, among other things, personal information such as your home address and telephone number, a picture of you, email address, and pager number.
Here you will also be able to view your own personal information about your up coming rotations and rotation history. You, your Program Director and your Program Administrator are the only people who have access to your eDossier.
You will be notified, via email, that you either have evaluations to complete (on your rotation & preceptors). It is in your eDossier “To Do” tab that your evaluations will be waiting for you. When you receive an email telling you, you have evaluations to complete or distribute, it will contain a link to the One45 site.
We require that you stay on top of your To Do box items, monitoring your email frequently.
One45 “To Do Boxes” will be reviewed at 6-month evaluation time with the Program Director. It is the expectation of the program that “To Do Box” items are maintained and kept at a minimum (less than 10), failure to do so could result in this being mentioned as a part of professionalism. 6-month reviews can only be viewed and submitted if you have submitted all other forms from you "To Do Box".
*Please be advised that we respect the anonymity of our learners and their comments about rotations and preceptors. No one, not even the Program Administrator, knows who has completed preceptor and rotation evaluations. As such, we ask that you complete honest evaluations with professional and constructive feedback. These will be read directly by the recipient aka rotation lead or preceptor. (TIP: Complete the evaluations the way you would like to have evaluations of you filled out.) Divisional Heads are only sent a composite report of all evaluations (if they have more than a specified number) on preceptors and rotations, once a year. Preceptors never find out who has completed an evaluation on them, but they do value helpful feedback.
