Students will create an ebook that showcases student work and learning that supports the study of Ancient Civilizations. This project can be used as a class or individual portfolio focusing on Ancient Civilization or any subject at any grade level.

- Create an ebook template for each student or one class. (Video instructions)
- In Google Classroom create an assignment making a copy for each student using the template you created.
- Introduce the template to the students after teaching the first civilization or unit.
- After a project is complete allow students to insert and create each page with their learning project. If students do not know how to use Google slides you will need to do a lesson on this. I usually do this at the beginning of the year so they have some experience with Google slides before I introduce this project.
- As the year progresses and lessons are learned the pages are built. When the year ends each student will have documentation of what they have learned and can share at open house everything they have learned about every civilization studied through their ebook-Ancient Civilizations.
