During the Integration phase you will continue to deepen your vision for success in your role and lean into the development structures within your role and team (i.e. SDS ride alongs and 2x2x2) During this phase of onboarding:
Take some time to revisit the ride along guidance
Take stock of your goals and accomplishments to prepare yourself for your 6 month check-in with your manager:
Time: 2-3 hours
OUTCOMES:
Check in on your onboarding experience to date and make any adjustments to meet your needs
Continue to build a vision for success for your role
Reflect on your strengths and areas of growth and review your professional goals and progress with your manager during your 6 month check in
Take some time to continue to build a personal vision for what success looks like in your role. In the previous phases of onboarding you learned about ride-alongs, professional growth goals, and how to structure check ins with your manger. In this part of onboarding, you will have the opportunity to revisit some of these templates and reflect on your experience utilizing them thus far
