During the Immersion phase you will begin to follow our professional growth structure more formally in partnership with your manager and other Transcenders you collaborate with across the org. In doing so you will continue to develop a vision for success in your role and to build clarity on what you most need in order to reach your vision. This phase includes a review of the following:
Revisist Transcend's Professional Growth model and reacclimate to org-wide expectations.
Work with your manager to setup your 2x2x2 process
Reflecting on your strengths and growth edges and setting initial professional goals.
Time: 2-3 Hours
THE OUTCOMES:
Check in on your onboarding experience to date and make any adjustments to meet your needs
Continue to build a vision for success for your role
Reflect on your strengths and areas of growth and set initial professional goals
As you gear up to engage in your first 2x2x2 process here at Transcend, we want to ensure that you feel set up for success!

As a part of your onboarding process, we want to ensure that the learning you receive feels relevant and impactful! After each phase you will be prompted to take a short feedback survey so that we can continue to assess and improve upon our onboarding process.
