Welcome to the Immersion Phase of onboarding. By now you should feel fully immersed in your role and taking on additional responsibilities day by day. You will notice during this phase that the content continues to decrease considerably and you are expected to transition more fully into the driver’s seat of your own learning and development. This will look like you driving the content of check-ins with your manager, reflecting through Transcend’s professional growth structure more fully on your own, and starting to stepback on your growth goals with proof points within your work.
