Welcome, we are so thrilled that you’re joining Transcend!  We are eager to have your thought partnership and support in our quest of supporting communities to build and spread extraordinary, equitable learning environments! 

On this portal you will find all of your onboarding materials.  Given the complexity of our work, our vision is that the onboarding process will be immersive in nature, and will offer ample opportunities for practicum and application experiences.  In order to give you a comprehensive experience, we view the onboarding process as ongoing throughout the duration of your first year with Transcend.

As you learn and grow within the organization, your onboarding needs will also shift. We have broken down our process into five phases:

You have read through a high level overview of these phases in your welcome packet. On this portal, you will be ferried through each phase with various learning modalities designed to support your growth. We ask that you interface with each phase in the order they are intended and utilize any note capture tactics that best suit your learning needs. 

Please note: This is our first year using the Onboarding Portal System and we are so excited to gather your feedback along the way to make our systems even stronger! You will be given opportunities to engage in surveys to collect this feedback throughout the process and we thank you in advance for participating!
