PHASE 3: INTEGRATION
Welcome to the Integration Phase of onboarding. By this point you are about 4 months into your role and hopefully you are starting to find your footing and understand your role more clearly. In this phase you will have an opportunity to do a stepback with your manager on the progress that you have made so far and consider areas where you need to focus as you enter the last half of your first year at Transcend. Now that you have a solid foundation of our org frameworks, this is the moment that you will dive deeper into specific innovative models and begin to understand what they look like in action. We are hoping that at this tenure in your onboarding process you have built more familiarity in your role which will help you apply these examples to your own role specific expectations.
