During the Independence phase you will continue to follow our professional growth structure. Depending on when you started with Transcend you may not be ending your first year at the end of the fiscal year. This means that you may or may not be engaging in your end of year review on the exact same timeline as the anniversary of your first year. That is ok! You can still use the 2x2x2 structure to help you step back on your performance with your manager over your first year at Transcend. In this final phase you can refer back to the resources below to support you:
Revisist Transcend's Professional Growth model and reacclimate to org-wide expectations.
Work with your manager to setup your 2x2x2 or end of year process
Reflecting on your strengths and growth edges and setting initial professional goals.
Time: 2-3 Hours

Step back on your first year at Transcend and assess your growth
Read: Take some time to re-read through our Transcenders Professional Growth document to support your growth and reflection as this phase of onboarding.
Do: Reach out to your manager for additional support in setting up your 2x2x2 end of year process.
As a part of your onboarding process, we want to ensure that the learning you receive feels relevant and impactful! After each phase you will be prompted to take a short feedback survey so that we can continue to assess and improve upon our onboarding process.
