Y11 Mock Exams
The Y11 mock exams will take place in the period 20 Feb - 03 Mar.
To replicate the real exams they will be sat in the sports hall in full exam conditions.
The equipment required for science exams is as follows:
2x black biro type pens
2x sharp pencils
Scientific calculator
30cm ruler
Protractor and compasses
These should be kept in a clear plastic pencil case / plastic bag.
The papers will examine the following content:
22 Feb AM - Biology Paper 2
28 Feb AM - Chemistry Paper 2
2 Mar AM - Physics Paper 2

Additional exams on the Paper 1 content for each subject will be held in class under the direction of class teachers once these examinations, and follow up to them, is complete.
Revision advice:
Make sure you know what the command words in the questions mean.
The quizlet links at the top of the Paper 1 revision pages (linked above) will help you learn the keywords.
You should also:
study the knowledge organisers that are stuck in your exercise book,
use, update and memorise the revision resources you have made for homework,
read through the gap filling activities you have done after each test,
use the seneca learning website to cover any material you are still not sure about (make sure you sign up for the correct course - ask your teacher if you are not sure).
test yourself using the the past papers at the bottom of the paper 1 revision pages and the exam questions found on the individual chapter pages.
