Nicole Tsetsos is a dance artist and educator who first discovered her passion for dance at the age of three. She trained at Toronto Dance Industry for eleven years in both the recreational and competitive level in jazz, tap, ballet, acrobatics, lyrical and contemporary. Nicole has recently graduated from York University, receiving her BFA degree in Dance Education. She is currently teaching at J’Danse Studio and DKC Dance Center, where she has begun her career as a dance instructor.
Jazz dance incorporates various historical and modern influences and can be interpreted in multiple forms and styles. This workshop will focus on current jazz trends with roots from classical elements of jazz.
Anastasia Vasilevski has been dancing, performing, competing and teaching in various styles and techniques for 19 years. She has competed throughout Ontario with the Denise Lester Dance Academy in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Acrobatics and Hip Hop. Last year, Anastasia was accepted into the prestigious Millennium Dance Complex in Hollywood where she completed her MDCCP certificate in dance. She has performed in Toronto and the GTA, most recently cast in Fever After Dark. Anastasia has also taught competitive dance at various studios in the GTA as well as guest instructed for the past 3 years at Woburn Collegiate Institute. Hip Hop is a style of dance performed to hip hop music. Its roots stem from both jazz dancing and street dancing while keeping a good rhythm. This workshop will focus on performance skills and musicality with popular songs.
Thivakar 'TV' Arunthavarajah is a dancer and choreographer in both Eastern and Western styles. This includes Bollywood, South Indian (Gaana) and performing Classical (Bharathanatyam and Kathak) from the East. From the West his specialties include Dance Hall, Hip Hop, Popping and African.
Accolades include both a 2nd place and 1st place at Bollywood Dance Canada as a choreographer/dancer with Infuzion Artistry, 1st place Aattam 2014 as a choreographer/dancer with York Huskies.
Most recently, TV was the 2018 head coordinator and choreographer for Ryerson for the North American Culture Show and received awards in Best Artistic Design, Best Theme, Best Fusion (Hip hop), Best Bollywood, Best Male Dancer and First Place overall.
Additionally, he has worked on and performed in Superwoman's music videos, Toronto Raptors Half Time Show performances, Desi Fests, background dancing for various international artists and many more. Check him out on instagram: @_thivakar

Shianne has been dancing for over 13 years and, despite growing up in a West Indian household where dancing was not permitted, still manages to chase her dreams of teaching dance to kids from all different ethnicities. At the age of 12, Shianne was trained in Kathak dance where she then went on to explore the genres of chutney, soca and dancehall, and incorporating her Bollywood dance upbringing into these genres of music. Shianne has recently opened her own dance school where she teaches semi-classical, Bollywood, chutney, belly dance, and her favourite of all time, dancehall! Shianne is currently holding the title of Best Solo dance 2019 where she continues to compete at the Wi Canada dance competition and loves nothing more then passing on her dance techniques and styles to children all across Scarborough!
