We are so excited to announce that the 5th Annual Woburn Dance Festival will be held on:

Tuesday, April 23, 2019!

The following details will help you and your students to prepare for the performance part of the Festival:

• Each piece should not exceed 4 minutes in length
• Please, for the sake of ensuring that all dance content is appropriate, enter only Teacher-Choreographed pieces.
• Please upload a digital copy of your music (mp3 format is preferred) to your Google Drive of choice and share with woburnstagecrew@gmail.com. All music will be played off of our laptop which will require some programming of the play list in advance. This helps the Stage Crew to run a professional and uninterrupted show without musical mix-ups.
• Please ask all students NOT to bring any valuables with them. Dressing rooms will not be monitored and Woburn CI cannot be responsible for any items that go missing during the workshops or performance.
• This performance will be videotaped and all workshops will have photographers snapping pictures. All digital files will be made available to each teacher, through a shared Google Team Drive.
• Please ensure that all students involved have handed in a media release form and that copies are brought on the day of the festival

This Festival is an opportunity to celebrate the high quality of work that goes on in all our schools. As well, a collaborative venture is the ideal forum through which we can develop a supportive attitude among our students for the artistic work of others. I hope to see you and your dancers there!!
