Please fill out the form below to register for our Annual Dance Festival. Entries will be accepted until Friday, April 5, 2019 to ensure that we have ample time to order enough Festival t-shirts for all participants.
Please ensure that all students have a signed media release form for this school year on record with you (I don't need a copy - please retain your copy up to 7 years for legal purposes)
Please be aware that you can only access this form if you are logged into your @tdsb.on.ca account through Google.
Cost of Festival per dancer: $12 (teachers free, of course!)
This includes:
1 amazing performance comprised of dances from across the GTA, presented by individual high schools.
2 dance workshops
1 commemorate tshirt (shirts are all ordered in mens' size L with a small number of XL shirts. If you know in advance that you will need a larger size for 1 or more students, please let me by email so I can ensure that enough are put aside for you!)
