If you have questions about the contents of this handbook, please ask your scholar’s teacher or principal. It is critical that you reach out to your school first, as they can best help you address your questions or concerns in the most timely and productive way. The phone number and email address of every school’s Main Office is listed on our website.

If you have not been able to resolve your question or concern with your school directly, you may contact the Family Care team at Families@SuccessAcademies.org or call 646-472-1911.

If school or Family Care staff cannot address your concerns, you may follow the formal Board Complaint Policy, which is available upon request in your school’s Main Office.
