Beautiful Oops

When I saw the ink splatter, the first thing I thought of was a centipede, millipede, caterpillar type thing. Those kinds of things creep me out, which is why I thought it would be a fun and interesting thing to draw. 

For this drawing, I used an HB graphite pencil, a black pen, and some tape to make the border. There is also ink in the drawing, I just didn't put it there. 

From the beginning, I was just planning on drawing one centipede. However, after I put down the tape, lined the spot with a pen, and drew one centipede, I just decided to add more and more. I would have had them crawling all over the paper if I had more time.
