Scratchboard

For this project we had to choose a photo that we took ourselves and then create a peice of artwork made out of scratchboard.

The only materials required for this project was a peice of paper of scratchboard and then scratchboard tools, but specifically I only used tool called a scratchboard knife. 

The process of this art work was very straightforward since from the beginning I knew I wanted to do something from nature and really the only difficulty I had creating the artwork was over time the lines I previously drew onto my scratchboard paper started to fade so I couldn't tell where I was supposed to draw so I had to retrace all the lines, which then ended up a little off then my  lines so I had to make up a little bit of where I was drawing off the side.
