Zoomed Shoe

Zoomed Shoe Final Drawing

Colored pencil, ink pen, and graphite pencil on watercolor paper.

11'' x 15''

The main idea that guided my artwork was creating something of the shapes within a zoomed shoe, and different regions, more or less. The materials I used were colored pencil, graphite  pencil, and 11'' x 15'' watercolor paper. For the process, I began by sketching out the zoomed shoe. Once I was happy with it I went over it in ink pen. I then tried to figure out what I wanted the different shapes to be, so decided to fill them in with different regions, such as space, nature, a city, etc. I also did this in pencil. I colored everything in colored pencil once I was satisfied with everything, trying to prevent any white spots showing. At this point it didn't look quite right to me yet, so I added smaller, darker, details in both pencil, and ink pen.
