Human-centered design is a practical, repeatable approach to arriving at innovative solutions. Think of these Methods as a step-by-step guide to unleashing your creativity, putting the people you serve at the center of your design process to come up with new answers to difficult problems.

Design Challenge:

1. On your PADLET.com discuss possible clients/markets in your group (make a list and choose one)

2. Research, "get to know", Empathize, with the chosen clients/market. (Interview, direct experience, online research) 

3. Create a Clients Detective Research Virtual poster on PADLET (use text, videos, sketches, images, maps, make connections!!)

4. Watch the "How Might We" video (50 seconds)

5. Identify Possible Client Problems to solve (be prepared to explain why you choose those problems using your research. 

6. Compromise and choose one problem to solve among the ones previously identified.
