Perspective
Watch the videos in sequence, answer all the questions, take legible notes, do all the drawings on paper. Show me the notes and drawings by uploading clear pictures to Google classroom and updating your digital portfolio, The journals will be collected at the end of the semester.
The notes must NOT be in your engineering notebook, clearly write the title the notes refer to.
The sketches must be on clean, white paper, clearly state the video they refer to and your name.

2. Read the Guide to 1 point perspective Drawing HERE.
3. Assignment 1: Draw 3 cubes in 1 point projection. You may use rulers ONLY to draw the projection lines from the single vanishing point. Your drawing must include:
a horizon line
a vanishing point
a cube above the horizon line
a cube intersecting the horizon line
a cube below the horizon line.

Question: Why did the design video have a more complex version? What was the point? (No pun intended)
4. Assignment 2: Draw Complex forms: You may use rulers ONLY to draw the projection lines from the single vanishing point. Your drawing must include:
6 shapes or more total
two cubes with cubic holes the run entirely through the shape.
one shape must have another sitting on top of it.
One shape must be a letter
4 shapes must not be cubes.
No more than 2 letters.
Shapes must be at varying depths.
Must fill an entire paper
