When reviewing coverage or a list of vehicles/equipment you can use the export feature to send in excel for the client to review. Same with certificate holders. On the policy click actions export. You can share all of them in the certificates tab for the client to review and confirm.
Coverage
WC- Check experience mod, confirm all states match that they work in are under section 3a or a separate WC policy exists
Auto- any missing coverages like rental or is the radius of operations correct for all vehicles?
Excess/Umbrella- are all policies scheduled under the umbrella or need to be updated?
View class codes do they somewhat match GL and WC and/or payroll/sales match
View reference connect for coverages applicable and class code review
Get all policies in Qumis (any notable exclusions)
Are coverage standards applied?
Are there any ancillary coverages that we can offer like EPLI, Crime, Umbrella, Flood, or Cyber? Don't assume the client does not want it or need it.
Operations
States operating in (GL or WC), radius of operations for auto.
What are the clients goal for the year? Do they want to grow or maintain?
Do they have a driver hiring program in place?
Risk Management
Risk management services (does the carrier offer anything that can help us like fleet software for vehicles, Nurse Triage WC, or contractual risk transfer)
Driver hiring practices, are they following this?
Do they have a handbook?
Do they have subcontractor or lease agreements in place with additional insured/risk transfer?
Personal lines, can we help them? Also let them know for contact the CSR on that account to let them know you're going to call and double check if there's anything outstanding.
