We can now use Splice for Cancellation Notices instead of calling the client.
Please use this in lieu of a phone call and confirm that it did in fact fire. At the moment it only dials the primary applicant and not the co-applicant. Fail Reason Primary Applicant info missing

Call outcomes can be exported on our platform (here's the link in case you don't have it saved) in the Dialog DirectorTM. Once you click into one of your programs, go to the Exports tab. Here you'll be able to generate a New Report:

Just make sure you choose the EZLynx template (its the only one available!) and the time frame that you're looking to view results for.
