If you would like to submit a request for a refund for Claim-it® Referrals:
Use the following link: Claim-it® Referral Credit Request, or you can click on the Contact Us button on the bottom of any of the pages of your profile, then choose the Support Request option.
Please indicate your request is for a Claim-it® Referral credit in the Subject field of the form.
In the Message field, please provide the name of the consumer associated with the Referral and explain the reason for your request (e.g., incorrect phone number, agent testing TC.com).
Please submit your credit request within 14 days of the original purchase date. This ensures that the Referral in question will be eligible for credit consideration. Late requests may not be considered.
Please note that credits cannot be issued for unresponsive consumers.
All approved refunds will be credited to your Prepaid Balance.
Please note that Claim-it credits will not be issued for the following reasons. Unresponsive consumers. - Factors outside of TrustedChoice.com’s control may prevent customers from responding to your outbound communications.
